Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

i got a new job, but i can not leave my present job bcoz i have sing a bond. please tell can i quite the job in this situation. if i leave the job can company file a civil case against me. please guide me at earliest.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You have to take a call on where your future lies ... is it in continuing with your present job or is it at the new job that you have on hand ? And rely on the business maxim : "If your not sure whether to do it or not ... do it". Obviously, you will have to be mentally prepared to counter your arguments should the present employer choose to file a case against you. I repeat what I already advised you earlier, the "notice period" as mentioned in your Appointment Letter is important.
