Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have a join property, in the name of my mother and uncle. this is undevided property, no partision suit. two house one for us, and another for my uncle. no divided wall. but my uncle sold her house without intimation or tell us.

i have original join will, joint tax receipt.

what i do now, 3rd party force fully try to enter in house. but we protest.

pls give some suggestion.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since your uncle has already sold his portion of the house, you will have to demarcate and divide the property into two separate parts with individual property tax receipts, one in your name for the portion of the house occupied by you, and another for the purchaser who purchased the portion from your uncle.
