Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In our journey by train rajdhani some other train's passengers hit the glass our bogie. In station of ghy nobody is taken the complain .now can we get any compansation from railway?

you can give a written complaint to the railways citing the date of travel bogey no ticket details and the incident you can seek compensation from them.

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, damages or compensation from Indian Railways can only be claimed in case of physical injury or harm during travel and not for damage to railway property.
