Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
the judge in my matrimonial case has allowed my wife to take a hearing date in mid dec based on the hearing of today dt 25th July 2017.
The proceeding has been going on for four years and my wife workign abroad has consented with judge for this date.I find it unfair and my lawyer has not objected to it. Now I wish to request the court to give a earlier date is this possible

you can move an application for early hearing u/s 151 of cpc.
