if a lady complaints on a person who is in abroan now,with out any solid evidence against that person but have something but not supporting the content of complaint.
is there any chance to call the accused to summon on police station / court?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Police will first verify the materiality of actual facts of the complaint made by the lady. Iff the Police feels that the person she is accusing is actually at fault and the person named by the lady has committed any act of injustice against the woman which is against the law, the Police have the authority to serve a summons and call the accused for questioning to the Police Station / Court.
