Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
One lady fraud with my mom in 2008 she blame on my mother that she give 15lack to my mom. When I complete to police she leave the room after six month. That time my mom was mental naw she is normal n I want help to catch that lady because I have proof.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have already lodged a Police complaint, you should request the Police to arrest that lady for "cheating" your mother when your mother was not in a proper frame of mind.
