now as the land acquisition bill is passed in the parliament,When it will replace the old land acquisition act 1894?

Dear Sir / Madam,
About this UPA Government and its ruining policies ... the less spoken, the better. The old land acquisition Act, 1894 might only be replaced ... if at all the UPA Government is ever voted back to power at the Centre ... after 2024.
