Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my land has been recorded on some one else's name. Do I have a right to ask for corrections. if Yes then please provide me a reference that may help.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should go and produce documentary evidence to the Tehsildar / District Registrar that you are the Owner of the land and get the corrections accordingly made in the land record.
