Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Actually the land is registered on my grand father name and he was no more there is no will. he has two sons and three daughters.my father is elder one expired on 2011-dec. My grand mother is gifted land to second son and registered in sub-register 2010 march. exactly 3 years completed is it possible or no to file against gift deed cancellation. please give suggestion how to proceed.

Your grand mother cannot gift the entire land, at best she can gift her share, if any. You can successfully challenge the Gift Deed.
