Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a land in tamil nadu and some one has grabbed it...but we are settled in Bangalore..can I put a court case in Bangalore for the land located in tamil nadu since we are settled here?

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is appropriate to file a Court case in the city where the subject matter of dispute is. Since the land under dispute is located in Bengaluru, the Court case should be lodged in Bengaluru.
