Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We have a land in our name but my uncle are staying in that land from long back and they are using the coconut trees and selling those coconuts.we have filled a case against them .how can i stop them from using those trees on my land

Dear Sir / Madam,
As the Owner of the land, you can file a petition commencing eviction proceedings of your Uncle from your property through the Court.

You have to file a suit for recovery of possession and for measne profits against him in a copetent civil court of your area followed by an application for interim injunction restraining him.
