Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my late father had four children, one being myself. now my mother being alive , what are legal rights for me , in my father's property. have my mother has the rights to write any will, in which , i may not have any legal rights, in my late father's property.

no your mother has no right to make a will for the entire property .She can will to the extent of her share. Your right in your fathers property will be 1/5.( your 3 siblings and mother will have 1/5 share.
