Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am new lawyer and i got a case , details are given below :
Its a road accidental case, a husband and wife are on bike and met with an accident with a road roller. Husband died on spot and wife was injured with permanent leg injury. FIR was filed on 14/04/2008 under section IPC 1860 279/337/304A and FIR online status still shows investigation pending. That FIR mentioned road roller owner unknown but applicant known about road roller owner because he paid for medical treatment of deceased wife(applicant), road roller owner is private contractor. At the time of accident deceased not respond to warning sign that is written and visible clearly as work in progress . applicant not aware of MACT ACT and busy with her own medical treatment that\'s why filing is delayed. . So please what should i do now as an advocate.

it is not need online-status.you have just take FIR copy and file case petition under mvact and other.
