Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I went to a lawyer in the month of Feb 2013 for availing a stay order on my property where one builder has encroached and building. My lawyer has still not got a stay order and he says that it will take time to get stay order on a revenue land. He has collected all his fees of 35K upfront and now started demanding more money for new expenses. Let me know how i can survive this and get my case moving.

It is not the lawyer but the judge who will pass a stay order.It is not in the hands of the lawyer if your case is strong judge will pass a stay order .
