Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i leave in joint family. my dad is expired. Family property is not yet divided. my father has 3 brothers & 2 sisters . my grand mother is alive. she has recently sold property (land)
to my uncles (brothers of dad) without informing us. what should we do now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
the property vests in your grandmother and she can deal or dispose of the property in the manner she best deems fit to. Your grandmother does not need to inform you to carry out her acts.
