Is it legal to film cops while they are checking my vehicle, asking me question etc without any warrants?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, although it is legal to film Police personnel during their act of examining your vehicle, it is an offense if the person recording the film, does any act or action in such a way that the very film is misinterpreted and projected as a different act in an attempt to hamper or tarnish the image of the Police.
