Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Is legal heir certificate is valid for concerned block only, where his/her family last lived?
Suppose one man Ram lives in one district of a state and buy a plot from another district or from another state.
After his death his son applied a legal heir certificate where his family last lived.
Then if his son want to transfer the father's owner ship from that plot(which is another district or another state) will he apply another legal heir certificate for that plot

In India Legal Heir Certificate used to create for a purpose only, therefore, it would not be applicable for other purposes, if you like to resolve the issues there is another law, to know you have to contact me.
