Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
legal question Can anybody explain me below. It is a case against me.my lawyer is not telling me clearly.
PW.1 called present. This matter is coming for cross-examination of PW.1. Either defendant or his counsel present. Hence it is deemed defendant has no interest to depend this case. Accordingly cross-examination of PW.1 is treated as NIL and he forfeited right of cross-examination and set ex parte to proceedings. The chief affidavit filed is treated as proof affidavit. Heard learned advocate for plaintiff. For judgment call on 21.07.2016.
What are the options available for continuing the case?plz help.
