I live with my father and mother in their house . In case of their death and no will made am I obliged to share the house with my sister who is married and lives separately if I do not intend to sell the house

Yes Sir
Both Son and Daughter are entitled to equal share in their father/mother property, except were will is Executed. However, you have to give share, only when partition is claimed and not as a matter of course.
Under Section 22, of HSA, there is provisions that one cannot claim partition in Dwelling House. So you do not have to sell the house.
