Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i live in india my dad issued a GPA in favour of my paternal uncle for his rights in a property . later on my dad come to know he made some fradulant promises to get that GPA. My dad cancelled that GPA. my uncle loged a complaint against my dad that he made a fraud as he has taken some money to issue that GPA as it was written in GPA . But in actual he didnt pay anything . now what i should do

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since your father has already cancelled the General Power of Attorney (GPA) he issued to your uncle, there is nothing you need to do in the matter.
