Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
if loan is given by a relative on interest and the relative stops paying interest and refuses to pay the ptincipal amount also , can it be taken back through the court of law.

Going through the Court is a costly and lengthy time consuming affair ... Police action is faster and more effective.
