Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
This is going to be a long question
We are three partners in our concern, firstly I have opened this concern as a sole proprietorship and I have run this near 15 years after that for the sake of my brothers I have make to join them as a partners, their investment is just one lakh per person even they did not put the capital amount just in a deed and accounts book in words only, but at that time my capital was near 2.5 crores and I have given profit-me-35%,partnerA-35% & patner-B-30%) . After year passed one of the partner(B-brother) made lot of trouble and asking equal share in all properties even that properties belongs to my name & other partners was not given any further capital to running and company ,it was ran only based on my capital only and he is threating me and closed and locked all my properties without my knowledge and wish.
Now my Question is what is my right of my capital which I was invested and other assets? And as per partnership deed those assests and good will before the partnership belongs to me. Can I claim interest from my partners to used my capital in all those years
What things can I claim from the partners.?
1. Capital wise
2. Profit wise
3. Right wise
4. Interest wise
5. Property wise (the property he closed and locked which is in my name in document)
