Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I lost my husband recently in an accident and I have one daughter aged 2 yrs. My inlaws are not ready to give me the house in which i am dwelling and are keep in writing the house to their married daugther. can i now file a case against them

Dear Madam,
If you have the will, the inclination, have nothing constructive to do, and so have all the idle time to keep running time and again after Advocates / Lawyers and for hearings to the Court, you surely should file a case. Instead, I strongly recommend and suggest that you leave the property matter aside, and look for ways and means of being financially independent for the upbringing and welfare of your daughter.
