I m going to apply for restitution of conjugal rights on my husband, He has all my things at his house, is there any chance that he will refuse to give back my marriage things like gold silver and house hold things once i apply for restitution of conjugal rights..., pls help me I have a baby girl too, i should save for her future. till now he has not financially provided me and the baby. I am helpless and he is not living with us also, I m getting help from my parents, girl child , she is almost 3 years. Please advise me...
