I m divorced. ..I have a 5 years old son... now m married to a person....n my X husband also got married...He wants my son.what iz da law??? Can my son leave with me alwayz? ??

where welfare of minor goes...you will have to prove it in the court....

You can file a case for the custody of your son and prove that his welfare lies with you even though you have contacted a second marriage and your ex-husband is not a responsible person to look after the son.
