I m the elder son of my father and my father expired last month and my grandfather is alive right now. so I have the right on the grandfather property or not. plzz answer

if it is a joint family property you have right in the property.

Dear Sir,
If your grandfather has already transferred property to your deceased father / now transfers property to you, you have a right to claim it.
