Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Madam/Sir,
I have taken a loan from Bajaj Finance Limited. In the Loan Agreement Sheet they have done forgery of my signature. With the help of signature forgery Bajaj Finance Limited issued me another product without my consent. Again the Bajaj Finanace Limited in the month of May'2016 they have done another forgery of my signature.
Let me inform you people that I am paying my EMI regularly.
What kind of action I can take against Bajaj Finanace Limited(NBFCs)?
Bajaj Finance confirmed that yes their employee has done forgery of my signature.

1) Lodge Police complaint for forgery.

2) The Bajaj Finance is responsible for their employees forgery.

3) Also issue legal notice the loss sustained or likely sustain as a

result of such actions.
