Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in
I made an advance payment agreement for a flat stating that the house needs to be vacated at the time of registration. However, the seller now says that he has a lease agreement with the tenant (who's willing to vacate this September but is interested to buy this flat rather) until the Feb' 2011 and he wanted the registration to be done as he is running thru a financial crisis. Please advise if I can proceed buying this property and how to proceed

It depends on your comfort level to register the sale deed.
You may want to consult lawyer with fuller details including signed agreements with seller ( if any) to proceed in your best interests.
