main delhi tkd port par jata rehta hoon, wahan par pehle parking space ke bahar hi parking ki slip kat ti thi, par ab unhone parking slip katne ki jagah badal kar parking space se 200 mtr door kar di hai, mujhe sirf documents handover karne ke liye aur collect karne ke liye jana hota hai, main bike se utarta bhi nahi hoon, ladka bahar hi aa kar documents de deta hai ya le leta hai, na to main parking space ke under jata hoon aur na hi park karta hoon, phir bhi wo parking slip katwana ke liye kehte hain, jo ke parking space se 200 mtr pehle hi kat dete hain, kya main is matter ko challenge kar sakta hoon, pls help me about this matter

Dear Sir / Madam,
Parking slip kaatnay kaa niyam aisa hai chahay aap park karo ya nahee. Aapko documents handover karnay kay liye parking booth paar karna padta hogo toh parking slip jaroor katwayee jaayegi. Maamuli saa maamla hai, mujhay nahee lagta, challenge karnay say kuch fal nahee milega.
