A Will can be handwritten on a plain piece of paper citing all your family members, detail of your estate (moveable and immoveable property) in your name, the name(s) of those to whom you intend each of your property should be given to, duly signed by you therein with your name and address in the presence of two witnesses who also need to sign on your Will with their names and addresses written below their respective signatures. A Will need not be registered.
