Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Kenya

a man

employed me last year and told me

to open an account purposely his

and that has nothing to do with

me. since his business was illegal i

decided to give up on the job.the

account that i opened for him still

charged me money even without

depositing while i had on idea.on

asking him he told me it does

charge because its a current

account.then if said he won't pay

the amount even if the account

was his.can i take this matter to

court since the balance is rising

rapidly and am not in the position

to pay since am jobless

Dear Sir / Madam,

Even though the man employed you and asked you to open an A/c in his name, it must have been in Kenyan Shilling which is recognized only in Kenya and other countries within Africa. Do not waste too much time searching for a job in Kenya. If you do not find a job within the next 25 days, please return back to your home country.
