Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I , Manoj , Living in NK 1 , Indirapuram has been sued by second last employer for a recovery of INR 10 L.
They alleged that i didnt serve notice as well as i moved with their client and they faced a loss.Also They added They put me on training in USA for 3-3 months and spent money.I was in us in 2010 left organization in 31 july 2012.
Reality -> I resigned on 12 th july (i have copy) they didnt accept and threatened me to serve a six months.Client also intimated them in May that he was about to discontinue business them and they plea him to stay more (I have copy of mails).
I quit and joined another employer they say that employer had connection with their client.
When i was in US i was working not on training and client paid 9600 USD PM for my stay (i have invoices). They owe my July month salary and some perks worth 1,23000 INR.
Kindly suggest me how to proceed and what will be the Rough EXPENSES for me.
I am a family guy and only earner of bread , a salaried guy.
I have court date on 22nd May.

You should reply in your defence to the legal notice sent to you by the Company and remain present in person in the Court for the hearing on the 22nd. If you wish, we can draft your reply, if you mail us the legal notice and all the relevant scanned documents at [email protected] for a nominal fee.
