if marriage is not registered ,if it is done in the temple then it is legal or not, i am not having any photographs of marriage

A marriage solemnized in a temple in the presence of witnesses by performance of ceremonies by a priest is legal and valid under Hindu law, without any registration.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You also have to obtain the Marriage Certificate duly signed by the poojari who solemnized your marriage from the local Municipality where the temple is located.
