Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
when I got married my husband earned almost nothing, but suppressed to me this fact. after marriage he did not take any responsibilities of me and my daughter. even he suspect me for having relationship with other people. there is no meaning to carry on this relationship any more. is it the sufficient reason for getting divorce. If he claim about any person with whom I am in relation, will it be harmful.
