Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a married man with 3 kids.My wife is suffering from hysteria.I am a working person.I am afraid that how my wife will take care of my 3 kids when she faced attack of feats for long time.While Leaving to school or while bringing from Schools if any thing happens to kids because now oftenly she suffers feat attack.I can not leave my job because I am only earning person.Shall I marry legally to another without giving divorce to first one.Pl suggest.

please get your wife treated for the ailment this disease can be controlled through medication.would she have remarried if the case was reverse??
