i got married on 22nd Feb. 2014 Finally we started living togather from 1st march 2014 and my wife went away on 25th march and now dont want to come back inspite of our efforts. I personally went to her home to bring her back but she denied. she is demanding that i should leave my current job and city and should settle down to city her parents are living. She is complaining that my mom is very rude to her and do not want to live with my mom. We offered her that we will leave separately but she denied and want me to leave the job and settle down in her native where her parents are leaving. Any time i talk with her brother he is damn rude to me and demands to leave my job or my sister will never ever come to that place. I AM FED I WANT DIVORCE WHAT SHOULD I DO AND HOW TO GET?

Dear Sir / Madam,

This type of wife you've got is not bothered about you in any way and she is still firmly attached to her mother;s apron strings. Tell her straightaway to either follow your family tradition, or to give you a divorce and stay with her parents forever. If she does not file for divorce, you file for divorce and annulment of your marriage in the Court.
