Dear Madam,

You will need to locally lodge a Police complaint of "cheating" against your husband, providing evidence of the Marriage Certificate issued by the local Municipality as proof of your marriage. If you do not have a Marriage Certificate, don't waste time as all efforts you take to retrieve your husband will prove futile. Forgive and forget the past. If you do have solid evidence to substantiate your marriage, you should personally travel down to Tiruchirapally and meet your husband and his parents and convince them if your marriage has been consummated. Should they deny and disagree, you should lodge a Police complaint of "cheating" in the local Police station nearest to your husband's place of residence. Re-post query for further advice and guidance, should there be no Police action within 15 days of your lodging the cheating complaint.

Regards,
