want to marry with muslim girl, so please tell me the right and legal way . what precaution should be taken to escape any mess of police when her parent filed any case.

If u r a Hindu, you can get married in court under special marriage act. It will take a month. Be ware that a notice will be sent to your hometown. Until your marriage is solemnized, you have to take precaution. You can take the assistance of a lawyer. You can talk to me as well.
