what is the meaning for coparceners or co-owners?
Its treated from maternal side or paternal side?

Dear Sir / Madam,
"Ancestral" means any asset emanating from ancestors.
"Co-owners" are joint owners to the title of the asset.
It may either be paternal or maternal.
