i am a member of co op housing society LTD.small outhouse holder side of the building.
society under re development.my house is as it is.new building constructed.its complete.not got O.C.now i seen plan.architect had not shown my house in new plan.
i want to complaint or court case against architect.is it right.
PLEASE GIVE ME REPLY BRIEFLY,

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you are right in filing a Court case against the Architect for wrongly excluding your out-house from the Society plans. Before you file a case, you should ask the Architect for an explanation for deletion of your out house from the Society's construction plans and file your suit on receipt of the Architect' in Court on receipt of the architect's reply to your letter.
