Meri behen ki shadi hue 1 year ho gaya hai.starting 1 month mein woh log mentally and physically dowry ke liye harass kiya tha.baat nahi bani to meri behen galat ilzam lagake usse ghar bhej diye .ab dobara usse ghar mein nahi lerahe hain aur aur itna bada ilzam lagaya hai bina proof kebina wajah ke .ilzam ye lagaya hai ke meri behen ka shadi se pehele kisi ladke ke saat affair chal raha tha aur obortion bhi ho gaya aise kehkar ilzam lagaye hain .to kya main un ke upar 25 lac ka manhani ka case file karsakti hoon.harrasement ka case mahila jagruti kender mein chal raha hai please can you guide me.

does your sister want to go back to her matrimonial home or is she ok by not going back. If there are chances of reconcilliation then dont go for defamation case. otherwise you may file the case. for further query contact 9312411481.

Waqt kee toh baat hai. aapko aapkay behen ko theek theek samjhana hai kee agar uskay sasural wale unhay apnay betay kay saath ghar basaana nahee chahtay toh aapkee behen ko unhay takaak dekar dobara shaadi karnee chchiye. Waqt beegadnay may koi mazaa nahee.
