when i was minor my land was sold by my father 15years ego without my signature now my age is 21 years old so how can i get it back sir please give solution to me

IN case your father was the owner of the land and the same was his self acquired property, you cannot challenge it but if it was a joint family property or an ancestral one, the same can be challenged within 3 years after attaining majority and gaining the knowledge of the sale.
