Dear Madam,
If you have the property papers, your mother has a 1/4th share (375 sq.ft.) in your grandfather's 1500 sq.ft. plot of land. Your mother's right of 375 sq.ft. vests in your father, yourself and your brother. If your mother has left behind a Will for her property, it will accrue to the beneficiary named in her Will.
Regards,
