my mother at the age of 83 is constantly saying here and thee that i have taken her jewellery, although i have not, but she is spoiling my honor within my family, what shall i do?

Dear leave you matter in the court of God there is no remedy for you in humanity courts because who is hurting you she is your real mother. and if you step forward you will spoil your remaining honor and respect in society.
