Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mother is from Coimbator, Tamil Nadu. She was born along with two brothers and they cheated her ancestor property by getting 'Release Bond' without of her great knowledge (she is not educated) from her, resisted that bond at sub-register office and sold 20% property (since from 1997) and still have 80% left with two uncles.
My mother passed away in 2006 (but law was passed in 2005 by govt for girls to have equal share) . As a grand children what rights do I have now to file a case? I came to know that they are planning to sell remaining 80% at the earliest.
Please advice. When my mother gave 'Release Bond' in 1997, I was major and > 22 years old.
Thanks
