Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mother in law has made a will on my husbands name and she has made him a nominee as well. however the society is asking for NOC from all the siblings. 2 of my sister in laws are not willing to give the NOCs. May I know how do we enforce the will.

You may need to seek 'Probate' of the will, giving notice to all legal heirs, by filing a case in the local courts. Once probate is issued by the court, no NoC is required.

Dear Madam,
If your mother-in-law is still alive, you should straightaway ask her to gift the property to your husband. If she is no more, you will need to obtain a probate on her Will through the Court to get the title of her property transferred in the name of your husband.
Regards,
