Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mother owns a property in her name which she got from her father after his death. It was court partition among 5 children. My mother has 3 kids.
My mother wants to sell that property which is in her name. Can any of her 3 kids, stop her from selling her property or can ask for share in her property legally ?

No. None of the Kids have any right to stop her mother from Selling the Property. Any Property inherited by a female is held by her as her ABSOLUTE PROPERTY, without any restriction or claim from any other person.
SO Mother can sell the property without any disturbance from the Kids and KIDS cannot claim any share in the Property.
