Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

me an my mother sister are co owners of the house f8 .

first my mother sister were renting the house

now late i have rented the house and they have file a sute in court

asking for possesion and to stay now

the other two property one is sold by mother and sis ter i have not rec any penny

one property is occiped by mother and sister and family

were they dont allow me to enter if i do they call cops and drive me out

so now i dont go

what is the solution for tthese two below and what is the out come of the flat f8 which i havrented now

can advice

Dear Xavier,

You should pay off your mother and sister of the f8 house and transfer its title in your sole name.
