Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mother-in-law has two brothers,they have an ancestor property which is in their Mothers name and she is alive. Whether my mother-in-law has any rights to that property or not

Your mother-in-law is the absolute owner of the property and she is free to deal with it as she so desires.
