i am from mumbai... sir my father is expire ... after that my cousin brother .. fight for a prperty which is commanly share by my father and my bade pappa.. we did a case on them but the wakil ask money 5000, 10000 in every 15 day .. our financial codition is not well ... so how can we get sarkari wakil...

If ur income is less than 1 lakh, approach local bar council who will guide u.
